Alison Gardiner is Co-Regional Advisor for SCBWI, doctor, voice performer and radio guest – all are fascinating and fun. She’s the author of The Serpent of Eridor and Alchemy, MG fantasies threaded with humour; thus plenty of inspiration and laughter in her school visits. Alison spent her childhood in Jamaica, USA, Gibraltar and Scotland, so loves travelling. She’s ridden a camel, fed elephants, cuddled snakes and patted a hippo, attributing her wildlife fearlessness to having four children.
